Walk-Ins Welcome

(Non-Members)

    Includes provider consultation plus any of the following services:

    • In-House Labs (Processed by Quest Diagnostics, billed separately)

    • Ear Irrigation

    • EKG (Electrocardiogram)

    • Medication via Injection (Excludes vaccines)

    • Foreign Object Removal

    • Staples & Staple Removal

    • Written Order for Vaccine

    • Written Order for Radiology

    • Referral to Specialist

    • Flu, COVID, and Strep Testing

  • We offer a range of physical exams for individuals, students, and athletes.

    • General Physical (18+) – $120

    • Sports Physical – $120

    • School Physical – $120

    • College Sports Physical – $120

    • Pre-Op Risk Assessment – $150

    • EKG (Electrocardiogram) – $70

    • Spirometry (Lung Function Test) – $60

Please note: We do not offer in-house vaccines, including flu or COVID-19 shots.

We understand that sometimes you need immediate care, even if you’re not a member. That’s why we welcome walk-in patients. However, members will always be seen first so we can provide them with the prompt, personalized care they’ve signed up for.
